Magic Ears ( $18-$26/per hour)

Pay Rate: $18-$26/per hour

Hours: 

Special slots: 9am-4:40pm weekdays.

Regular slots: 5pm-6:30pm Beijing time weekdays, 10:30-11:30am weekends.

Peak time slots: 7-9pm Beijing time Weekdays.  9:30am-10:00 & 7pm-9pm weekends

9am-9pm Beijing time weekends.

Teaching:  Children (1-on-4 students )

Educational Requirements: 

• Degree Required.  
• Native English Speaker.  
• TEFL Preferred
  
  

Technical Requirements:

Internet speed:For both download and upload speed 10 Mbps.

Processor: CPU I5 4th Generation, Models with suffixes M, HQ and HK etc. and above. For example: i5-6400 

Memory: 4GB and above.

Interview process:

Applicants go through the following stages before becoming an official MagicEars Teacher:

1. Apply online --> Live interview (8-10 min demo class included) or you can choose to record a demo.

2. 1v4 Training --> 1v1 Training -->Trial Classes

3. Background check --> Sign contract --> Become a Magic Ears’ teacher.
